Amanda Iovino is an award-winning pollster and data strategist with nearly 20 years of experience helping campaigns, advocacy groups, and corporate clients navigate complex political and public opinion landscapes.
In 2021, she directed the groundbreaking polling strategy for Governor Glenn Youngkin’s historic victory in Virginia—a campaign that defied expectations and reshaped national narratives. For that work, Amanda was honored as Pollster of the Year by the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) and named to AAPC’s 40 Under 40 list.
Her work has been featured in The New York Times, USA Today, and other major outlets, and she’s appeared on PBS’s To the Contrary, NewsNation, and other domestic and international media.
Amanda has built a reputation for bringing rigorous research and clear messaging to some of the most closely watched races in the country. She has deep expertise in women’s political engagement, having led The Women’s Initiative—a multi-year study on how Republicans can better reach women voters—and served as Director of Research & Analytics for Winning for Women, a group dedicated to supporting right-of-center women candidates.
Ken Nunnenkamp is a veteran campaign strategist and data expert with over a decade of experience in Republican politics—from knocking doors to running analytics operations for a statewide win. He’s the co-founder of Pantheon Insight, where he helps candidates, causes, and organizations use data to make smarter decisions, target effectively, and stay ahead of the curve.
Ken currently serves as the Executive Director of the Republican Party of Virginia, after joining from the Youngkin for Governor campaign, where he led data analytics through one of the most closely watched and consequential victories in the country. His work helped shape targeting, resource deployment, and persuasion strategy in a race that became a blueprint for future GOP campaigns.
Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Ken got his start on a State Senate race in 2011 and never looked back. He’s worked in nearly every role on a campaign—from field to Capitol Hill, to the Republican National Committee’s data team, and on two presidential campaigns (2012 and 2020). Whether it's knocking doors or building turnout models, Ken understands what campaigns need—because he's done it himself.
